April 29 - May 11 Behind the Island Library on Main Street

Electronic and Electrical Gear:  Bring anything with a plug to recycle: computers, monitors, printers, T.V.'s, radios, etc.  A large collection trailer will be located behind the Island Library on Main St. from April 29 - May 11. This is a great opportunity to go through those closets and sheds and to recycle conveniently and responsibly  No large appliances.  Call the Town to schedule a pickup for refrigerators, washers, and other large items
Hospice Recycling
The day of the festival you can bring ANYTHING that is gently used to the Hospice Truck. This means clothing, kitchen and household wares, furniture, knickknacks and doodlybops!

  • Wallops Island Flight Facility
  • Marine Consortium with a touch tank for the kids!
  • Make your own rain barrell workshop
  • Waste Watchers of the Eastern Shore





Auction to Benefit Chincoteague Cultural Alliance programs  
Recycled fence slats, designed and painted by local artists, will be auctioned in a not - so - silent auction. Proceeds will help CCA continue to offer great arts events on Chincoteague Island.
