Ballet for Children:
Pre-Ballet Ages 3-5
Ballet Level 1 Ages 6-8
These two classes come out of the popular Ballet for Children Camp. For many children, the lessons taught in Ballet will reach far beyond the stage. Through the discipline of Ballet, children learn to listen and follow directions, They also learn coordination and body-awareness, all while developing memory and sequencing skills. Pre-Ballet (ages 3-5) is a class where children learn the basic steps that will be the stepping stones to more advanced movements in Level 1 (ages 6-8) and higher. As the child grows, the curriculum changes with their bodily readiness and abilities. Building long lean muscles, developing proper posture, and increasing flexibility are just a few of the physical benefits of taking ballet class at an early age.
