Water Heritage Festival                    
June 21, 2008

Chincoteague's first Water Heritage Festival was held on June 21, 2008  in Robert Reed Park in Downtown Chincoteague.  Vendors, food, music, environmental education, events for kids, a beautiful day and lots and lots and lots of fun.

Robert Wise Film Festival                                     

CCA sponsored its first Film Festival this spring, featuring works by Academy Award-winning American film producer and director, Robert Wise. Mr. Wise created an impressive body of work in film genres ranging  from horror to noir to Western to war films to Science Fiction, to musical and drama.

  Native American Festival                    

The 2nd  Native American Festival was held at Robert Reed Park on the waterfront in downtown Chincoteague on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008. Accohannocks and the Nause-Waiwash were among many tribes and bands that participated Festival.
